Delivery Terms

Our deliveries are made between 08:30 - 24:00.
Valentine's Day, Mother's Day etc. On special days, orders cannot be taken for delivery at a certain time, all orders are considered to be delivered within the day.

The last order time is 24:00 in order for the product to be delivered on the day the order is placed. Orders placed after 24:00 will be delivered the next day. Additional fees may be charged for product deliveries outside the city center. The customer is informed about this in the order summary under the shipping fee on the site when purchasing. For timed orders (Wedding, Engagement, etc.) orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance for same day deliveries.

We guarantee that the exact same products ordered will be sent. However, if that product cannot be found due to seasonal conditions, you can be sure that the closest product will be delivered. Our Flower Order Vision is to work together not just once but for a lifetime.

Our company guarantees that any payments you made inadvertently will be refunded to you.

If the product cannot be found at the recipient's address during our deliveries, the product is delivered to the next door neighbor, the doorman, or to the staff, if any, and the customer is informed.

If the order is not accepted by the buyer, the responsibility belongs to the customer. No refunds are given and cannot be requested.
